Where do you fit in?
You’ll be ensuring smooth and efficient administration for our unitised products and model portfolios. Managing and supporting a knowledgeable team, you’ll be skilled in people management, in addition to showcasing your knowledge of the investment management industry.
Day to day you’ll be get involved with:
- Overseeing the delivery of administration services for unitised products and model portfolios, including literature production, fund valuation reconciliation, and providing data to clients and third parties
- Coordinate with Fund Managers to execute instructions on unitised products and manage the update and rebalance process for investment portfolios
- Play a vital role in managing relationships with Fund ACDs, investment platforms, and other third-party firms, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery
- Lead a dedicated team by managing, developing, and training Fund and Model Operations Assistants
- Engage with various projects and contribute to broader team initiatives
- Stay up to date on Consumer Duty regulations, ensuring that all client interactions are fair, transparent, and compliant with regulatory standards

What do you need to succeed?
- Strong communication, people skills, and a professional, approachable demeanour
- Excellent attention to detail with precise typing and data management abilities
- Educated to GCSE standard (grade B/ Level 6 or above in English and Maths), with relevant qualifications, or progress towards an Investment Management Certificate
This fixed term contract will be for approximately 12 to 14 months and will be based at our offices in central Exeter.
